Return/refund/cancel the books

General Returns/Refund/Cancellation Policy

  1. In general, the book  may be eligible for return/refund/cancellation within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered

Bookmarked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned neither can there be any refund processed for the same.

The book must be returned in its original condition, with price tags intact and in the original box/packaging as delivered to you.

To return/get a refund or cancel the book/s you ordered:

  1. Go to the Return Policy and click Return/refund/cancel the books.
  2. Enter your Email ID and Order ID.
  3. Find the order you want to return/get-refund or Go to Store or Contact us
  4. Select the book you want to get processed.
  • Enter the quantity of an item, then click Continue.
  • select an option from the Reason for return.
  • Then click on Confirm and Submit.
  1. Now you'll get confirmation or a reason if the item is non-returnable within 48 hours.
  2. Once you get confirmation/approval. Please give us the tracking number.
  3. A refund will be initiated when the return package is received and processed at our fulfillment center. It typically takes 7-10 business days for the return to reach our fulfillment center.
  4. The refund or replacement will be effectively made within next 10 working days in the bank account of the original buyer through NEFT or cash deposits for which the bank details will be required.

 

SHIPPING COST REFUNDS

If you're returning a book that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the sellers part, you cannot request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred.

ABOUT FREE REPLACEMENTS

If the book you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

Note: If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund for the returned product will be issued.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

In order to be eligible for a free replacement, the book must be within the return window conditions and in stock with the seller (exact same item). The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged book received
  • missing parts or accessories in the book
  • the book received is different from what was ordered
  • Defective accessories does not work properly

Note:

  • A free replacement cannot be created for a book which was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • If the item is missing accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.
  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

Books purchased can be returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below.

  • Damaged book received
